Adding DTV Channel

I just built a Windows Media Center (version 2005) and I am not able to
receive the HD signals. I used the guide for Adding DTV Channels
(http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/mce/expert/elsbree_dec2004.mspx#XSLTsection128121120120),
but WMCE does not list the Add DTV Channel option. It only has the Addd
Missing Channels option. Has anyone seen this before?

By the way, I am using a HDTV tuner card (Hauppauge PVR-MCE 500).
