Adding Document Type To NEW Menu?

I used to know how to add a document type to the right click/ New menu on
the desktop in W95 & W98 SE, but haven't did this in quite some time. My
question is: Is there a method for doing this in XP?

You can do this in TweakUI > Templates. TweakUI is available from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp.
