I need to add a custom format size in windows xp for my panasonic kxp 1121
printer.

Click Start-Control Panel-Printers and Faxes.
Click File-Server Properties and check "Create a new form".
Define a new form description and click Save Form.

Go into the printer device settings and see if the new form shows up.

I had the same problem and tried that solution. The new form doesn't show up

kxp1121.gpd

Also you could experiment by creating several forms of different sizes and
determine which forms are available for the queue.
