adding contacts into distribution group CC and BCC

Is it possible to add contacts into To: CC: and BCC: in a single distribution
group or can you create a macro where a user would type in a distribution
group in To: and then the CC and BCC fields would subsequently be filled with
the set email addresses
 
No. A DL is just a list of names and addresses. One approach to what you
want to do would be to create an Outlook .oft template file with the To, Cc,
and Bcc fields filled in.

Add your contacts into a DL and then put the DL in the To, Cc, or Bcc field.
