How do i setup a distribution list with cc and bcc recipients?

I setup a distribution list with all "to's" how do I add people as CC and BCC?
 
You can't; it's a list so you either place the list in the To, CC or BCC
field.

What Robert said is true, but with Outlook 2003 or later you can put the DL
in one of the recipient fields, expand it with the plus sign, then
drag-and-drop members in the list from the field they're in to the field you
want them in.
