Adding contact

Previously I could go to my Contacts folder and click on the "Add Contacts"
tab, but now all I see on the tool bar are "Organize," "View," and "Burn."
There is no option to add a contact. Can anyone tell me why and how I can
regain that option? Jim

Occasionally, the contacts folder changes to another type of folder and some
of the options for contacts no longer show up.

To correct this, start Windows Mail, then click on Tools, then Windows
Contacts. In the empty space under the right end of the toolbar, right
click, then click on Customize This Folder, then the triangle, then
Contacts,
then Apply, then OK, then close the contacts window.
