---------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have made a note of my computer specs to copy and paste into my posting in
newsgroups. Is there a way with Windows Mail, in Vista Ultimate to make a
rule to automatically have it entered without the copy and paste? I get
msnews.microsoft.com newsgroups through my cable, in windows Mail.
Also, it this too much information? or did I leave something out.? Thanks.

Please, don't include all that hardware information in any post to this
newsgroup. It has no bearing on your ability to send or receive email.
About the only issue that might affect Windows Mail is Avast antivirus.

Thank you, John. I will do that and make a rule not to include my signature
in Vista Mail. Thanks.

Could you tell me how to do that? Thank you.

FWIW...you can create more than
one account for the same server.
That way you can assign different
signatures to each account.

Your message header indicates that you
are using Windows Mail to access your
Microsoft Newsgroups. And I suspect you
are using the news.microsoft.com
server.

The following tutorial explains how to set
up newsgroups in Windows Mail...and
as I was saying...you can create as many
accounts as you require using the same
server. This would allow you to assign
a different signature to each account...

Windows Vista -
Accessing Newsgroups
With Windows Mail

or...

Once you have the signatures created at:
Tools / Options / Signatures...you can use
the Advanced button to add the selected
signature to a specific account.
