Adding columns to list views

Need 2 columns/fields to be added to a form/list view and its been a long
time since I have worked with this.
Will this involve changing any tables or queries?

That depends on what you're doing. We can't see your screen and you said
"form/list" (Form? Subform? Listbox?) so we don't know; and you also did not
describe what the current rowsource of the listbox, or recordsource of the
form might be.

Give us some help here please?
