Adding characters when printing envelopes

Whenever I print an envelope (Word 2007), an extra character appears after
the zipcode. For example, 02133 prints as "02133D". Any suggestions?

Try out this:
Start Word 2007-->then go to mailing menu-->select Envelope from Create
Tab-->click options-->change the FONT for both the delivery and return
address-->click ok.

This might resolve your issue.
