Adding bullets, opening multiple windows

Hi,

1) Can you tell me how to add bullets to a PPT slide? When I click on the
"bullets" icon or select from the Format menu, only the very first line of
the text is bulleted. After I hit return, the next line is not bulleted, even
though the icon on the tool bar still shows as being "active."

2) Is there any way to open multiple windows in PPT? I want to compare side
by side different presentations, but I can only get one window to open so I
have to view either one presentation or the other, not both.

I'm using PPT 2000.

Thanks!

Open both presentations, then choose Window | Arrange All

And here is where I make the pitch for having dual monitors on your PC.
Folks I've worked with PPT longer than I care to admit and when I made the
move to dual monitors it was like night and day for my productivity and
flexibility in what I could do. I can tell you I've arm twisted a lot of
people into making the change and I can honestly say not one of them has
ever been disappointed. The real test, ask them or anyone that has dual
monitors if they would willing give one up. ;-)
