Adding auto complete for entering info frequently

I use XP for Home and would like to know how to add
automatic completion of info that I am entering into
fields on websites frequently. Can anyone tell me how to
do this? NOTE: This is not for Outlook Express!

Roboform is a great program for filling out forms and for logging into to
secure sites with your password. Just do a google search to find it.
