Adding an interactive Calendar

Good evening. I'd like to know how to go about adding an interactive
calendar? I have a chorus website that I would like to add upcoming
performances/chorus related events that would give details to these dates
when the members click on the particular date. Can you direct me to something
that would explain how I go about doing this?
Also, along these same lines of thinking..I would also like to add a
questionnaire or poll type feature to the website too, so that WITH these
perfromance dates, I can also add a form or questionaire for members to give
us feedback as to their availability/ vocal part. I figure it would need to
be something separate from the Calendar? Or can this be incorporated into it
somehow as well??

After mucho google searching on the subject, I found the same site last
night. However, I couldn't get many of the links to work. I'll see if they're
working this morning.
