It's not something FP can do easily - but you can use FP to write the code
to make the calendar; you will need a knowledge of programming in server
side language such as php, perl or asp and probably a knowledge of databases
such as MS Access, or more commonly now, MSSQL (windows servers) or MYSql
(linux/unix servers).
From that perspective, it is complicated - so you'd be far better off
searching the web for a ready-made solution, or engaging an experienced
developer to assist/do this bit for you.
