Adding an email address to the Forms Properties

I have checked Send To, and have fillied-in the emaila address field so that
the contents of the Form and Text boxes will get delivered to my email
address, when a web page visitor submits the information. I have not
published the site yet, however upon setting up the form properties with my
email address i get the following pop-up message:
"This form cannot be configured to send results via e-mail. The Web site may
be located at a disk-based location, or on a server that has not been
configured to send email. Contact your system administrator or internet
service provider for more information."

Before I contact anyone for "more information" can somone here tell me what
this means? Can't I set-up this form with an email address prior to
publishing it?

Disregard that message...it's only a warning that the form will not work on your local machine. Go ahead and Publish and you'll be ok.
