adding an e-mail account to Microsoft Outlook 2003

How do I add a hughes.net e-mail address to my Outlook 2003 program.
Hughesnet is my family's current internet service provider, which is wireless
internet accessed by a satellite.

I need the entire step by step process in adding this e-mail to Outlook 2003
where it will work.

For those that can help, thank you for your assistance.

I followed the instructions and now this screen keeps popping up that says
"Enter Network Password" with the following said on this screen:

Please type your user name and password

Server: mails.hughes.net
User Name: (e-mail address removed)
Password: (I don't want to disclose it here, but I am entering the correct
password)

I click OK and then about half a minute later this screen pops up again.

What am I doing wrong now?

Did you enter this account information into a new Outlook profile, or re-use
the old one?

All I did was do the stuff in the "Add New E-Mail Account" in Outlook 2003.
Is whatever you are talking about in Outlook 2003 or do I need to go
somewhere else for that?

Having more than one account with the same login information in the same
Outlook profile can cause exactly what you're seeing:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/281791/en-us
Outlook 2002 prompts you for a password for an e-mail account that has a
saved password

I would suggest creating a completely new profile and adding your new
account information to it:

If it works OK with a new profile, you can delete the old one

No need to ask more than once.

Since you are paying Hughes for their support, contain their support staff.
