How do I change my outgoing e-mail address in Outlook 2003? I've had Outlook
for many years; however, now it is time to change my outgoing e-mail address
so people see my currently address when they receive an e-mail from me.

I tried to change the outgoing e-mail address by finding information in the
help menu and I wasn’t able to locate the information. Then I went to every
item across the top of the Outlook display box, especially Tools/Options, but
that didn’t work either.

There seems to be no way to contact Microsoft directly, unfortunately.

Check here: Tools menu > Account Settings > Highlight the account in
question > Click Change > Your address should show in that dialog
