Adding Addresses FROM contacts

I have two folders under contacts called IT and Corp with one address in each
When I open up my address book (which is empty) I click on "Show names from the
and I click on either IT or Corp which shows the one address. But the
I click on the "add to personal address book" icon on the toolbar and a message say
"Some names could not be added to the personal address book
I am using outlook 2000 on W2K Pro
Any ideas
