Adding a song to a PP presentation with Vista

I have a presentation that I've created and I am trying to add a song to play
through the whole presentation. I have clicked on insert but the "sound"
button under media clips is not "clickable".

What have I done wrong? It's saved as a pptx. I might add that I've
created this presentation as I've done in the past with others and had no
problems.

Hi Cindra

When you say it's not clickable what exactly do you mean? Is it greyed out
or can you click it but nothing happens? Also, ensure you have a slide
selected.
