Hi Graham,

Thanks for responding. I know how to make titles but what I'm trying is do
create 2-3 min video and have my name or website at the bottom for the
entire duration of the film.

a custom title overlay works easy and well for any thing from a logo in the
corner to a full page frame... to whatever... I'm sitting here playing with
some now

see the Overlays section of the Editing > the Persian Page of my site

That's exactly what I'm talking about. How did you apply that to each clip?
Is there code involved?

those are 2 title overlay pictures... that are overlapped on the timeline as
much as I can do it.... unlike the video and audio tracks, overlapping clips
on the title overlay track doesn't result in them fading in and out.

the 3D URL is one image.... made it with RenderSoft VRLM (link on my Setup >
Other Software page) and turned it into a PNG file with IrfanView. PNG's are
needed in order to have it save one of the colors as transparent, so you can
see through it.

the laurel wreath is an image I scanned from a book... again a PNG file with
all but the wreath being transparent.

yes, you need a bit of code... a custom xml file that points to the 2 PNG
files and tells Movie Maker a bit about how to use them... it's simple code
that you tweak with Notepad, not write from scratch. Once in place I don't
touch the xml file.... as it's telling Movie Maker to use the images as full
sized 640x480. I make the images that size and just swap them out as I want
to use them.
