Adding an Overlay Title

When adding an Overlay Title on the entire movie, the text seems to be too
high on the frame. Is there a way to make the text to be lower, for example
at the bottom right corner of the frame?

There's the TV safe zone that is built into the view... in case you are
heading toward a disc/TV.

MM2 doesn't offer fine tuning of the position.

Use the text animation "Subtitle" and then align the text as required
