I am having an issue adding a Public Folder to the Address book. When I go
and try to add a public folder named "Cell Phones" and I right click on the
cell phone folder and go to properties. Cell Phone propeties come up and I go
to the Addess Book tab, the show this file as an e-mail address book option
is grayed out. This is only the case for one user and only on this machine. I
had no problem checking this box on any other users machine. This user is a
local admin to his Windows 2000 machine. I have tried unistalling Office 2000
Small Bus. and reinstalling. When I created his profile on another machine
the option was avaliable. Any tips, tricks, or ideas would be great.

Tools | Services -- make sure the Outlook Address Book is present as a
service. If not, add it.
