Adding a Program to Start Up

I just installed a pop up program by Panicware. How do I
get this into my start up programs? I have to engage it
each time. Thanks!
 
You profile is in Documents and Settings, the folder
named with the original name of the account.
Drag and drop a shortcut to the program into the
Start Menu\Programs\Startup folder.
There is no doubt a wizard for this, but this is what
it would do.
