Pop-Ups and Sharing/Not Sharing Programs

I installed the free panicware pop-up blocker on my profile on XP (I a
the administrator and have a password lock on my profile) When anyon
else uses their profile here at home - and gets online - they get up t
78 popup windows.

I have TRIED to install panicware on THEIR profiles but the pop ups ar
soooo persistent I can't stop them. Is there someway to OK certai
programs for ALL USER and remove/allow other programs (such a cha
programs) for SPECIFIC users.

try the google toolbar.
toolbar.google.com and remove that panicware.
