Adding a backup DFS share

We are running DFS to map our network drives for our
domain. Does anyone know the Q article or how to setup a
backup server just in case the original DFS server goes
down?

you need to let the DC use FRS to copy the root DFS share to server two.
Its not a backup , but a full copy of the root DFS share.
if your sharing a lot of files, do the Replication off hours.
this doc will help you see what DFS across a domain does & how.
server two needs to use Replication to copy the root DFS share to server two, from server one.
Its not the same as just shaing a drive or a folder.
