added new hard drive system doesn't recognize

I removed a second hard drive and replaced with a larger one. Drive 'F'
Device manager shows it but the drive doesn't come up when I try to access it. Drive 'F' is gone
How do I get it to work properly

When I do a system check it shows the device is working properly
