Add XP Local Policies to AD

We have a W2k AD domain, but most of our clients are XP Pro. How do I add
the XP-specific GPO settings (.adm templates?) to our W2k AD?

Install Win 200x Admin Tools on an XP machine and run ADUC off the later.
Updated ADM (on XP, most recent ones from XP SP2) will be automatically
uploaded to the GP being modified.

Beware of certain errors which can appear when such GPs are being accessed
at a later time by pre-XP OS e.g. long string error which needs a patch on the
DC (relatively harmless but very annoying to click through dozens of them).
