Add video to powerpoint

I am inserting a windows media player video mpeg file to a slide.
The video needs to play automatically when its slide comes up. I need also
to print the presentation. My problem is there is only a black box at first
until the movie begins playing. I need the beginning of the video to be there
as a still photo.
any suggestions?

Hmm, Either edit it in a movie editing programme such as adobe priemere, or
view the movie in full screen, press the print on the keyboard(immediately
when the video comes in) and paste it in the slide.

Then adjust the size of the picture so that it fit on the black box, this
will allows you to print the picture instead. If you want it to be like this
in the slideshow also, add disappear effect to the picture.
Others might offer a better solution...
