Add to the "send to" right click

Is it possible to add note pad to the "send to" option, when right clicking
on a file ?
It is easy to add it using WinME, but I can't even find a "send to" folder
in WinXP.
(The "open with" option is slow and clunky, for me)

Go to Start/Run and type in: sendto

In the right pane, right click and select New/Shortcut and type in notepad.
The next box should read notepad.exe, finish.
