add task to message I forward

I forward my e-mails to a paralegal to print and then file the e-mails.
(She never knows where to file the hard copy). I can't just forward with a
message as I just want the original e-mail filed, not with my comments to
her.

also, what error messages if any do you get when you try to forward the
message onto her and click send without typing in any text to the message
body?
