add rule to delete, not "deleted items"

hello,
i would like to create a rule to delete permanently emails.
the rules seem to oly alow you to move items to the "deleted items" folder.
is there a way to delete permanently from the rules?

When you create (or modify) your rule using the wizard, on the page entitled
"What do you want to do with the message", therer is an option to
"permanently delete it". Place a check mark next to that option, and you
should be able to delete permanently.

i used the folder.
there is a checkbox for "permanently delete it"
