add route on a Desktop

Hello

I added a route using route add -p command pointing to a PC in a remote
network. This route is through the dialup Vpn link, whcih the user
connects to when he wants to access the remote network.

My problem is even after he connects the vpn (the new network card Ip
is assigned to user's pc) , this particular route I added is NOT
there...

So everytime i have to add this..What is the solution....???

is it possible the route still there but the order is changed? posting the routing table here may help.
