Add/remove windows components

my add/remove windows components does not work..I get a
code that says 0x2 at line 2011777033 everytime..I need to
initialize the fax services option and this is not
working..problem is XP came pre-installed from Hewlett
Packard and they can't help me..they say I have a bad
ieaccess.inf file....Duhhh! That is why I called them!!!
Can anyone help me please!!! E-mail me @ pra810(removethis)
