Add/Remove Programs

I installed ZoneAlarm firewall (free version) on a windows 98 se system.
About a year ago I upgraded to Windows 2000 pro. I have continued to use and
update my firewall. On the latest update it failed and I followed their
instructions for complete removal, which did not work. A secondary problem
is I no longer have the ability to remove any programs on my machine. I
don't know if the two are related but need to know how to resolve the
add/remove problem.

taht work on NT work on 2000 as well:

You may want to back up the Registry before you do any of this:

Also, is AddRemove totally blank, or can you not uninstall any that are
listed?
