Add remove programs

When I go into Control Panel, add remove programs, a
program is listed and when I click on it I don't get the
option to change/ remove it. How can I delete it from
here?

You may need to reinstall the application before you can uninstall it.
The uninstaller may have been damaged often by files being deleted.
