add/remove programs

I normally use add/remove programs in the Control Panel.
Now its not in there. How can I get it back. Can someone
please help me

You lost the entire symbol?

Try to open appwiz.cpl from C:\WINNT\System32
 
yeah i lost the whole symbol and plus I cant find that
appwiz.cpl from C:\WINNT\System32. I have nothing in there
ending with cpl.
I have windows 2000 professional if you didn't know.
