Subject: Add Remove Programs
When I go to Control Panel and click on Add Remove
Programs I see the hourglass and then nothing happens.
What should I do?

Hello Mike,
Will it open in safe mode? If so, go to "Add/Remove Windows Components",
then click next, next . This will reapply COM+, which may resolve your
issue and allow Add/Remove Programs to open properly in normal mode. If
this doesn't help, maybe you could reply with some more details on this
issue: When did it start? Have you installed any hotfixes or programs that
seem to coincide with the occurance of this issue?
