add/remove programs wont work

when will the government pass a law saying its illegal to rant about your
own stupidity that gets you into those situations to start with!

after getting hit by the adware trojan, i can no longer bring up the
add/remove program feature of contol panel....i double click it, select
open, and just nothign happens....please help!

as a side rant, when will our government finally pass legislation saying it
is illegal to take virus/trojan/popup adware authors and drag them through
the streets via piano wire?????? i am so sick of the countless hours wasted
because i had to remove UNWANTED software on my machine as well FIX any
damage they have caused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

first off, thanks for bother to not answer my question....i put my rant in
there....but it was at the end of a seriosu request....just blowing steam..

and for the record, i have no kazaa's or the likes on the machine....its
purely a work machine, no self-servings apps here, no visits to porn sites,
etc......how i got adware, i do not know, but i know it went on here,
without anything explictly asking me.,...

so do youhave an answer to my seriosu question, or were you just looking to
start a flame war?
