How do I remove old versions of MS Outlook that the "Add/Remove Programs"
application doesn't list? I know they're there because I can find them using
the "Search for files and folders" application. They are causing conflict
with MS Outlook 2003, which is how I got started on this crazy problem.

started on this crazy problem.

Installing a later version of Outlook when an earlier version is present is
perfectly legitimate and will upgrade the earlier version to the newer
version. Only one version of Outlook will remain, since only one can be
installed at any one time. There will be no conflicts.

State the symptoms you believe are being caused by conflicts and state your
reasons why you believe that's the cause.
