Add/Remove Programs Help Please

In Add/Remove Programs on the list there is still a program that I removed
long ago.

How could I get rid of that display name it Add/Remove programs?

Please Help Me!

Delete the associated registry key under this one:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
