Add/Remove programs does not successfully allow me to remove an app - Win 2000

Add/Remove Program Issue I have some program that already
registered into Add/Remove Program, but the physical
program file is no longer in hardrive (c:\). Appreciated
if anyone can let me know how to remove this program
in 'Add/Remove program'. Thanks. .

Hey, I just got some help on this recently.

Here's what "John John" gave me"
The uninstall entries in the add/remove programs can be removed under this
registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

If you open Regedit and navigate to the above location, you will find all
the programs listed in the Add/Remove list.

Note: Always make a back-up before editing the registry...
