Add/Remove Programs and Configur Your Server

I can't start Add/Remove Programs from
Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs, as well
Configur Your Server from Administrative Tools under
win2K Srv sp4. Do you have any idea about this please?
 
Try to do it as the administrator. If you can access the
apps as an admin but not as a user then look at the local
security policy.
