Add-Remove program not opening

I'm using WIN2K Server with SP 4

From the last couple of days I'm not been able to open add-remove program group in the Control panel

Any help !!!!

Trying running the following commands from a Command Prompt and then see what happens.

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Ole DB\oledb32.dll"
regsvr32 C:\WINNT\system32\appwiz.cpl
regsvr32 C:\WINNT\system32\mshtml.dll
