Add/Remove problem

Am trying to uninstall program from computer (in this case Hallmark Card
Studio) but can't seem to do so. Have tried Add/Remove but am getting
notation "error extracting support files). I have uninstalled this program
numerous times before. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Try to uninstall in safe mode.

You can also try reinstalling over the top of it, then uninstalling it.

Yes have tried safe mode with same results and notation. Have also tried
reinstalling but cannot find uninstall function in the program.
