Add/Remove Prgs Error

I recently started getting this error when I try to open
Add/Remove Programs -----------Parser Message - Value
Creation Failed" At Line 521-------------

What am I supposed to do I tried uninstalling all prgs
that I had installed yet the problem persists. Pls Help

Hey Guys,

I recently got the same error in SP2 and found this article. I just wanted
to give everyone a heads up that it also applys to Service Pack 2 and that
the line can vary so if you could update your site that would be great.
