Add Remove Programs error message

trying to use "Add/Remove Programs" applet from control

This just happened to me yesterday. Turns out it the Firefly theme, using
Style XP. The links at Kelly's site seem to be broken, but you can go to
http://www.tgtsoft.com and look for updates/support.
