Error message - Add or Remove Programs

I have XP Home on my PC. When I double click 'Add or Remove Programs' in the
Control Panel a Parser Message box appears "value creation failed" at line
521" I click OK and nothing happens. Does anyone know what can I do to sort
this problem?
I tried a Google search but any items found were in foreign sites (French &
Japenese) and when I tried to translate using Google I was no further
forward.

Pete, change your ThemeXP back to normal (Windows Classic), then try to
access it.

Thanks Rich, that has sorted it. I use StyleXP and even if I change from the
style I was using it appears to work ok. What causes the problem?

Pete, though I have seen this problem show up over the years I am not
aware of any cause yet.
