Add/Remove doesn't do anthing

When I click on Add/Remove Programs, nothing happens. No error message.
Doesn't start the program. Nothing.
I have SP2 and all of the updates. I can't reinstall Windows from my
original Cd thanks to SP2. It says wrong version of Windows
Please Help
George
 
You can try this. Might not work but you'll never know.

1. Start > Run.
2. Type appwiz.cpl
3. Press Enter.
4. Add/Remove Programs should appear.
