Add remote local account to local file security

Can I add a local account defined on Computer A to the NTFS file security
list on Computer B? I thought I could just click add and type in
PC\localaccount syntax but it only allows the current PC's local accounts or
the domain. Isn't this possible?

Nope - and if you have a domain, there shouldn't be any local user accounts
at all. All users should log into the domain only....and ideally, nothing
should be stored or shared on workstations.
