add record to dns?

hello every one
how i can add on record to DB of dns
for example i want assign one.com to 192.152.13.12?
thank you
 
If you have access to the DNS snap-in you can create a new A (Host) record
in the required zone. Alternatively, you can install the Windows 2000
support tools from your server CD and you will get a command line tool
called dnscmd.exe. This will allow you to add records from the command line.
