add printers, domain users

Hello, i need my domain users to be able to add local
printers, with out adding them to admin,or power user
groups any ideas how to do this, is there a reg thing iu
can do? any help would be great, i keep reading they have
to have admin or elevated privleges ,thanks

What clients are you running? WINNT 4? WIN2000? WINXP?

2000 and xp is the platforms were using, in 2000 domain.
